Keep a water bottle with you so that you can sip throughout the day, and if you want a twist try squeezing a little lemon in there. The amount of water that you should drink depends on your weight: Divide your body weight by two, and aim to drink that many ounces per day. (For example, if you weigh 140 pounds you should try to drink 70 ounces of water daily.)
