So you're having a big party with guests coming from all over the planet; so you've spent three years wages and more bills will soon arrive. All that pales in comparison to the really big concern--you're getting ready to make a commitment to spend the rest of your life with that person in the other room who is pitching a fit about a pair of misplaced shoes! Why doesn't he or she just sit down, take a deep breath and think for a moment? In fact, why doesn't everyone?
Sometimes the best thing to do when you are rushing around feeling pressured is to stop.
Just stop. Take a ten minute break. When you all feel composed, ask what needs to be done. Find out who will take care of what. Assign jobs if need be. That's what best men, maids of honor, and sometimes siblings or parents can handle.
The day is to enjoy.
