Wedding stationery has become less and less 'foo-foo' these days. From bold colors to feather accents to textured papers, todays wedding invitations aren't just announcing a wedding..but are expressing personal style and flair.

EvaPaul is a great example of invitation designers taking it to a more personal level.

About EvaPaul
Evapaul is the collaborative husband and wife design team of Nic and Kirsten. They work together in Northern California to create unique and beautiful wedding and event stationary for the modern couple. Check out their custom creations here.

The Prize
EvaPaul is giving away a design package valued at $100. This design duo will work closely with the winner to create a custom invitation and response card design.

Printing is not included in the prize. Designs are created print ready for the client to choose their own printing method.

- Our invitations will definitely be modern - dark brown and sky blue. We are passing up the embossed script for something more chic.

- Traditional in the sense that we were pondering handwriting invitations (we're only inviting 25 people). If that fails, a simple setup, no frills.

- I think the idea I am going for is traditional with a modern feel to it, for a wedding in the fall.

- Modern, as we're not going the basic "white, embossed, with tissue paper" route. I've been playing with some designs on my own, but haven't found anything that jumps out at me yet.
